Support Manager (F/M/D) Permanent contract between 80% and 100% \- L’ARCADE La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process. Following the internal promotion of the current position holder, we are looking to complete our team, for our structure L’ARCADE in Orbe comprising a Temporary Reception Center (CAT) and a Senior Shared Apartment: Support Manager (F/M/D) Permanent contract between 80% and 100% \- L’ARCADE As support manager, your management is anchored in the Person-Centered Approach model. This model aims at the maintenance, promotion, and improvement of the quality of life. In this capacity, you are the guarantor of the quality of services and ensure that the Saphir strategy is not only known but also applied by all the professionals in the establishment for which you have responsibility. You steer and guarantee the proper functioning of the structure within your field of intervention. As an expert in the field of support, you will provide your support and advice to the team to manage complex situations, while contributing to the implementation of institutional projects in connection with the People, their families/relatives, and the professionals. You are responsible for the organization, planning, transport logistics, and coordination of support services, while also personally ensuring certain interventions according to the needs within the structure. You attach particular importance to setting up rigorous and authentic supervision so that professionals can evolve and integrate new practices until reaching an optimal level of autonomy and mastery of exemplary practices. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS You hold an HES/ES diploma as an educator or socio-cultural animator You have confirmed management experience and a CAS in management is an asset. Your practice is focused on the "person-centered" approach and you know its particularities. Your leadership is natural, you know how to take responsibilities and risks. You encourage dialogue and initiatives and involve teams in decisions.
