DEMARCHE is looking for its entity Pro-Jet based in Nyon, an Assistant to the Landscaping Sector Manager, CDI, 100% Your missions As an Assistant, you support the Landscaping sector manager, notably in the supervision of people in measures of integration (SeMo, AI) within the sector, the execution of external landscaping mandates and the transport of participants. • Co-supervise, train and support beneficiaries in their activities in order to develop their professional and personal skills, and thus promote their re/integration into the labor market • Ensure the transport of beneficiaries (Nyon site - construction site, and vice versa) according to the defined schedules and the needs of the sector • Participate in the execution of landscaping work: earthworks, drainage installations, installation of strips and infiltration layers, foundations, landscaping of green roofs / flower beds / massifs / mulch, cleaning of parks and walking areas, lawn mowing, weeding, hedge and tree pruning, etc. • Ensure that technical standards and directives regarding green spaces and landscaping are respected • Participate in the evaluation of beneficiaries with regard to the objectives set • Keep informed of the evolution of the sector and vocational training, and participate actively in the continuous improvement of the sector • Ensure the substitution of the Landscaping sector manager in case of absence • Ensure the supervision / management of beneficiaries welcomed within the other sectors present on the Nyon site, in case of the manager's absence We offer you • A creative, dynamic and constantly evolving environment • Great autonomy of work • An annual internal continuing education program • Teleworking possible according to agreement • 6 weeks of vacation and flexible working hours Location Nyon Contract type CDI Activity rate 100% Start date 1st August 2026 Information www.demarche.ch Did you recognize yourself in this advertisement?
