Present throughout the La Côte territory, our Foundation brings together 5 medico-social establishments (EMS), 4 temporary reception centers (CAT) and 3 protected housing (LP), offering a range of services adapted to each situation. Cook 80%-90% Main missions: Participate in the development of meals adapted to residents and ensure the quality of culinary services, in particular the finishing and presentation of dishes as well as the adaptation of textures. Provide external services (nursery, school and meals at home); Be responsible for respecting food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) and ensure the realization of necessary self-checks. Supervise the work of apprentices and kitchen helpers and participate in their training. Actively participate in the continuous improvement process and report any information or situation that may contribute to the optimization of services. Develop a close relationship with residents, listen to their needs and contribute to the quality of support during meals. Ensure economical use of food and equipment to limit waste. Required skills: CFC cook or equivalent training; Experience in the health or collective catering sector; experience in EMS or in a healthcare setting is an asset. Ability to evolve in a multi-site environment. Team spirit while demonstrating autonomy in work organization. Driving license required. Ease of adaptation, ability to manage stress and sense of responsibility; Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team.
