Scheduler M/F at 100%

• CFC Logistics or equivalent
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in watchmaking, microtechnical industry...
• Comfortable with the use of an ERP
• Autonomy and priority management
• Ability to collaborate transversally and manage pressure
• Rigorous and proactive

IMPERATIVE IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY SCHEDULING AND RELEASE OF WO

• Sequence WO according to priorities and technical constraints
• Verify the availability of components, kits and precious material before release, in connection with the warehouse and procurement
• Release and print WO in Pro Concept
• Manage emergencies, rework and rescheduling, and communicate decisions to the parties concerned

PROGRESS MONITORING AND COORDINATION

• Monitor the progress of WO, the level of work-in-progress and delays, and trigger necessary actions
• coordinate flows with workshops, warehouse, procurement, quality and subcontractors
• Continuously inform on availability dates and lead time shifts

STOCK MANAGEMENT

• Assemble component kits according to the WO bills of materials
• Pick, control and group components by WO/Workshop
• Weigh and record the precious material integrated into the kits
• Make kits available to the workshops in compliance with the production schedule
