Pflegefachperson HF/FH 50-100 % Your tasks You care for patients with para- and tetraplegic or neurological diseases in acute situations and in the rehabilitation process As a primary caregiver, you actively help manage the rehabilitation process of the patients and regularly exchange information with the interdisciplinary team regarding development steps and objectives You support patients and relatives in their difficult situation, accompany the processing period and provide support in reintegration into everyday life You act preventively against complications, carry out patient education and also accompany and instruct relatives Your profile You have a degree as dipl.
