Your tasks: • Independent work in all wood construction areas • Measurements and reports • Possibly apprenticeship supervision • Leadership and deployment planning of the wood construction team on the construction site • Organization and coordination of daily work processes • Allocation and instruction of employees • Material ordering and control of deliveries • Documentation of construction progress and feedback to the project management • Assistance with demanding wood construction work Your profile: • Training or further education as a wood construction foreman/woman or long-term professional experience in a comparable function • Independent work and leadership skills • Communicative and contact-friendly • Several years of practical experience on construction sites in wood construction • Good technical knowledge in wood construction and safe handling of construction plans • Driver's license category B • Assertiveness and solution-oriented thinking Interested?
