SPITEX Grauholz is responsible for the high-quality, reliable, and needs-based care of 11 municipalities in the area of outpatient nursing and housekeeping services. Pflegefachperson HF Psychiatrie 60-80% You want • a *new challenge* or are looking for a *re-entry* into the versatile field of outpatient nursing for people from adulthood to old age. • to be on the move independently and experience insight into various households and yet have a supportive and appreciative team at your back. • to be active in challenging, varied psychiatric nursing and care situations. • to improve daily coping for customers and their relatives. • to improve the quality of life of the customers and empower them in their daily coping. • to advise and care for customers in a targeted manner according to their needs, involving their resources and their network. You bring • a qualification as a nursing professional (HF/FH) and ideally have professional experience in the field of Spitex. • as a certified nursing professional, you bring the knowledge, experience, and suitability to design and be responsible for nursing processes. • as a re-entrant, you bring the willingness to attend a refresher course to update your specialist knowledge. • the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and conscientiously and ideally know our industry software Swing. In addition, you have a category B driver's license.
