Our location in Oberburg offers 18 places for adults with mental impairments who are in a transitional situation. We support people in managing their everyday lives, provide them with structure, and support them in implementing their goals. We are inspired by the principles of the Recovery movement, which is why peer employees are also part of our team. Die Lebensart Oberburg is part of the Stiftung Lebensart. YOUR TASKS • Accompanying residents according to their needs and possibilities • Counseling, structuring, and accompanying individual daily organization • Network-based key person work • Outpatient accompaniment of our clients in their homes YOUR PROFILE • Training as a Dipl.
