Portrait of the school/institution ### We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Young People Zollikofen - a private, politically and confessionally neutral organization with a non-profit purpose. Our task is to support and accompany people with special needs from birth to young adulthood. We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public schools and special schools, as well as to professionals. Our core competencies lie in the support and accompaniment of young people with visual impairments, blindness, multiple disabilities or from the autism spectrum. At our school, we are looking for a Speech Therapist, max. 15 weekly lessons ### Blindenschule Zollikofen 3052 Zollikofen Tasks ### You will clarify logopedic issues for children and adolescents and carry out prevention, diagnostics, and therapy for school children. You will work with teachers, parents, and specialist offices. You will design therapy lessons individually or in small groups, partly also in classes, according to defined needs. The students are on the autism spectrum or are blind, visually and multiply impaired. Your focus will be on blind children and adolescents or those with visual impairments. We wish that you also acquire knowledge in the field of multiple disabilities and swallowing issues or swallowing disorders (dysphagia). We will support you in building these competencies if needed. Requirements ### With your completed and recognized degree in speech therapy, you have acquired the necessary skills for this function.
