System Engineer

Design, implement and administer Microsoft environments: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, PKI, DFS, Microsoft Teams, etc. Guarantee the availability, performance and security of infrastructures. Diagnose and optimize issues related to Active Directory, DNS and GPO. Implement and maintain security policies: password management, account lockout, audit and compliance. Ensure the integration of Active Directory with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID and third-party applications. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting tasks. Design and maintain disaster recovery mechanisms for Active Directory. Administer PKI infrastructures, specifically Root and Intermediate certificate authorities. Design, deploy and administer Citrix environments. Provide production support and complex incident resolution. Implement and maintain monitoring and supervision solutions. Perform root cause analyses and contribute to Problem Management. Collaborate with technical and business teams within the framework of evolutions and integrations. Guarantee system compliance with security policies and internal procedures. Maintain complete technical documentation of environments and procedures. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, approximately one week per month. Proven experience in administration and engineering of Microsoft infrastructures. Very good mastery of Active Directory, DHCP, SCOM, SCCM and Exchange 2019. Solid skills in PKI and certificate management. Mastery of PowerShell for automation and scripting. Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Windows Server environments. Experience in automation with Ansible. Strong sensitivity to security, availability, supervision and service continuity issues. Ability to intervene on complex incidents, perform root cause analyses and propose lasting improvements. Experience with Citrix, Microsoft 365, Intune or AirWatch is a real asset. Autonomy, rigor and ability to evolve in a demanding and highly regulated environment.
