What you do ## • Personal reception of patients in the emergency department • Administrative admission, processing of patient data and creation of documents • Ensuring complete cost guarantee (clarification of insurance relationships) • Co-shaping of processes and optimization of internal working methods • Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation (including nursing, doctors, security service) • Communication and coordination What distinguishes you ## • Commercial basic training or good knowledge of Microsoft IT tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) • German or French native language with very good knowledge (oral/written) of the other language.
