Experienced Site Manager

Our client, a human-sized construction company, is looking for its next experienced Site Manager to join its teams and work on high-end projects.

Missions

• Coordinate and plan the different construction phases of various projects
• Be responsible for compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Monitor the progress of work with the different project stakeholders
• Prepare construction sites, plan meetings and monitor budgets
• Write regular reports
• Participate in the negotiation and resolution of technical problems

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• Training in the construction sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organization skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage several projects simultaneously
• Experience on high-end projects is an asset
