Assembly Technician About the job Location: Canton de Vaud Department: Manufacturing Reporting to: Manufacturing Supervisor Contract type: Full time ‍ Your responsibilities Assemble fuel cells and system components (mechanical, electrical and pneumatic) in accordance with work instructions and technical drawings. Use hand tools, torque tools and precision assembly equipment in a controlled production environment Handle sensitive components with care to ensure the quality and reliability of the final product. Perform visual and functional tests to ensure product compliance and quality. Accurately record production and test data to ensure traceability. Report discrepancies, defects or process problems. Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. Maintain a safe, clean and organized workstation according to 5S principles ‍ Your profile CFC in electronics, mechanics or mechatronics, or equivalent technical qualification. Experience in precision assembly of electromechanical systems in a controlled production environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. Manual dexterity, precision and great attention to detail. Practical knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems; experience in fuel cells is an asset. Welding experience is an asset. Team spirit, quality orientation and sense of safety. Valid work permit in Switzerland.
