At Spitex, you carry the nursing responsibility for your clients at home and decide independently, often without a team standing directly beside you. In the Ostermundigen region, Canton Bern, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with Spitex experience at a workload of 50 – 100 %. You manage complex nursing situations, control the nursing process independently, and coordinate care with doctors and relatives. Your tasks in this versatile position • You will be carefully introduced so that you can take over your area of responsibility safely and independently • You work in a well-coordinated team that is based on trust, quality, and mutual support • You take on technical, organizational, and personnel tasks within the nursing area • You care for the residents directly on-site in the internal Spitex, without external driving services • You ensure high-quality nursing, carry out needs assessments with interRAI HC, and actively help shape nursing processes What you bring with you • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
