Now it is looking for a socially and professionally competent as well as empathetic head of nursing station for acute geriatrics, 80-100% (m/w/d) Tasks • You will lead and organize the station with 25 employees and take over the planning of the processes • You will be a central member of the interdisciplinary team and co-responsible for an optimal care process • You will lead and promote your team, coordinate deployments, and recruit new staff • Your challenging tasks also include participating in treatment discussions, working on projects, and optimizing processes • You will be approximately 60% administrative and around 40% directly active at the bedside • The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your wishes Requirements • You have completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH) or have a foreign training with SRK recognition • Leadership experience and leadership training are expected • Experience in the field of acute geriatrics would be desirable but is not a requirement • If you also describe yourself as communicative, empathetic, and well-organized, ... ... the eyes of your new colleagues will soon "shine".
