You will become part of a team that is managed from Winterthur and will work at our external location in Uster, where you will manage the commercial properties in the Uster region and surrounding areas.   If your heart beats for real estate, you bring a doer mentality, and you also enjoy working in a team, then we look forward to your application as   Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d) Uster, 100%   What you will do: • You are responsible for the holistic management of a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use residential/commercial properties, including leasing, contract and key management, and ensuring an impeccable condition • Through your expertise and negotiating skills, you conduct successful negotiations and prepare commercial lease agreements as well as addenda • You coordinate and carry out inspections and handovers of commercial and residential spaces and ensure professional final accounting • Communication with owners, tenants, authorities, and other stakeholders, as well as the organization of meetings and tenant orientations, is your responsibility • You are responsible for obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding contracts to contractors, as well as controlling and approving accounts payable orders and invoices • From a technical perspective, you lead the team, empower employees, and contribute to the development and implementation of the property strategy   Why you will succeed: • You have a commercial basic education, are a property manager with a federal diploma (eidgenössischer Fachausweis), and ideally hold a diploma as a real estate fiduciary (Immobilientreuhänder) • Furthermore, you have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and in the management of commercial and mixed-use properties • You skillfully use digital affinity and sound PC and software skills daily in working with various systems • You are a team player, resilient, and characterized by your customer- and service-oriented personality • An efficient and goal-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills qualify you in dealing with demanding target groups • You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing   Here are some of our benefits: • Working hours: We practice mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
