For our exciting AOI/E-Test department, we are looking for the following profile: Production Team Leader - AOI/E-Test 100% # Here are your tasks: ### • Responsible for the planning and monitoring of order dates • Guarantee correct and complete execution of process controls • Optimization of workflows • Project member for the evaluation of new machines and installations • Planning, organization and implementation of maintenance work • Technical and personnel management as well as planning of staff allocation What you bring: ### • Completed technical apprenticeship with CFC • Continuing education as a technician ES or comparable qualification desired • Several years of professional experience in a production company • Proven management experience of at least five years • Strong IT affinity and mastery of digital systems • You speak and write German fluently • English knowledge level B1 Advantages - what awaits you ### Flexible working hours With a standard working week of 42 hours, employees can accumulate +50 or -30 hours flexibly.
