VERSATILE LOCKSMITH REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Job Description ###

Perform repair and maintenance interventions
Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Prepare quotes, intervention reports, and material orders
Ensure the follow-up of work and maintenance contracts
Intervene on various structures: garage doors, gates, metal shutters, general locksmithing, etc.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Provide occasional support to workshop colleagues
Perform daily travel within the canton of Genève

Profile ###

CFC in metal construction or equivalent training
Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland, indispensable
Confirmed experience in repair work
Good knowledge of garage doors and electric motors
Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and versatile
Team spirit and sense of customer service
Neat presentation, punctuality, and courtesy
Valid driving license
