Qualified Nursing Assistant (New position) Located in a magnificent, wooded and quiet setting, the MRPS is both a medico-social and residential institution. It is a place of life for seniors. Founded in 1849, it has more than 300 employees and welcomes dependent elderly people (220 in EMS) and independent people (140 in residences). In order to complete our multidisciplinary team, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment: Qualified Nursing Assistant (New position) MISSION: The Qualified Nursing Assistant contributes to providing adapted care to elderly people living in EMS. Through their professional skills and observations, they contribute to the care process and the personalized support project for each resident. They are a promoter of the institution's project, and their commitment promotes the integration, adaptation, and well-being of residents in respect, benevolence, and dignity. The main activities are carried out under the delegation of the nursing staff: Provide basic, hygiene, and comfort care to residents in respect of the care project, the maintenance of their autonomy, and their preserved abilities. Provide, deliver all necessary help that allows residents to carry out daily life activities, to realize themselves through recreational, playful and/or re-learning activities. Participate through observation, communication, and written reports in the implementation and then the evaluation of the personalized support project for each resident. • Accompany, in a multidisciplinary team, the resident and their loved ones in end-of-life care and support, within the framework of the palliative approach and end-of-life care. Speak with the resident and/or their loved ones with respect and dignity. Ensure the maintenance of the residents' direct environment in compliance with hygiene rules. Ensure the maintenance of equipment, furniture, and administrative and logistical activities within the care unit. Provide professional supervision to trainees, apprentices, and during the integration period of peers. TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE: Training as a qualified nursing assistant or a title deemed equivalent Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics is desired Mastery of standard office tools and DIR-SADIES or ease in learning IT.
