We accompany our patients holistically in acute geriatrics, rehabilitative care and Palliative Care, always with a patient-centered approach. Your tasks: Professional care of patients with a wide variety of clinical pictures Empathetic and individual consideration of their wishes and lifestyle habits You ensure professional and needs-oriented care Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team and their support in everyday life You take over the professional and administrative leadership of the ward stations You actively support, accompany and advise our FAGE trainees and HF students in everyday professional life. Your profile: Training as a dipl.
