What awaits you Central contact person for operational, strategic, and conceptual topics across the entire building and service portfolio in the area of Facility Management (headquarters) Consolidation and expansion of the customer relationship including implementation of contractually compliant service delivery Innovation partner for the development of concepts to ensure, improve, and optimize all FM services Contact person for partners and sub-suppliers in the global sites (international) Cost and budget responsibility within the mandate Functional and personnel leadership of the employees (2 direct, 40 in total) Reporting and quality management What you bring with you Higher business or technical education (FH, HF, University) Several years of experience in the field of sales, Key Account Management, or corporate management Sound knowledge in the field of Facility Management as well as leadership experience Business-fluent German and English skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills Strong solution and decision-making competence High understanding of business contexts Driver's license Cat.
