At the Grenchen site (Switzerland), we develop and produce installations for the manufacture of coated corrugated cardboard - and ensure that they work reliably for our customers around the world. YOUR MISSION • Contact person for customers and internal teams worldwide on technical issues • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of machines and processes • Continually optimize processes and improve quality • Conduct training and technical support - on-site and remotely • Support machine receptions internally and externally • Manage projects from the conclusion of the sale to successful installation • International activity with approximately 80 % travel YOUR PROFILE • Completed technical training (e.g., mechanic, automation technician) • Additional training in FH/B.Sc. engineering (mechanical engineering, systems technology, mechatronics or similar) • Several years of professional experience in the construction of installations or machines • First experience in project management as well as a basic understanding of business economics • Very good understanding of technical processes and machine processes • Proficiency in German and English at a C1 level, other languages are an asset • Autonomous, quality-oriented and solution-oriented way of working, analytical and systemic thinking ?
