THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

• Professional care and support in all situations
• Technical, administrative and personnel management and responsibility of the living group
• Personnel planning with consideration of economy and efficiency
• Leadership, promotion and development of the care team
• Participation in the development of the living group
• Contact person for employees, residents and relatives
• Participation in projects, working groups and concept work

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed education at tertiary level (HF, FH, AKP, DNI/II) or FAGE with management experience
• Completed leadership course or willingness to take it
• Commitment and joy in dealing with older people and long-term care
• Appreciative basic attitude, team ability and humor
