At least 3 years of practical experience, preferably in an F1\-team/supplier. Tact and diplomacy, a good sense for the job and a conscientious, efficient and independent way of working. Good ability for three-dimensional thinking. Flexibility with regard to working hours (two-shift operation, on-call duty). Diligence, resilience and ability to work in a team.
