In this versatile role, you will combine professional nursing with the guidance and promotion of future nursing professionals and make an important contribution to the training of the next generation in the healthcare sector. For an established competence center for nursing, care, and elderly issues in the Laupen area, we are looking for a committed Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / a committed Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with enjoyment in vocational training, high social competence, and an interest in an appreciative team culture. What awaits you in this responsible task • Holistic and process-oriented nursing as well as care of the residents • Responsibility for the training and guidance of HF students as well as FaGe apprentices • Planning, design, and implementation of learning support in daily professional life • Promotion and support of the trainees in their professional and personal development • Coordination of daily tasks within the nursing team • Collaboration in an interprofessional environment with inpatient and outpatient nursing services • Active co-creation of an appreciative and learning-promoting work environment What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl.
