The CMS READOM is an innovative and specialized program in home rehabilitation, born out of a partnership with the CHUV. The multidisciplinary team intervenes for a maximum of three weeks. It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, ASSC, physiotherapists, and health assistants. It collaborates with the client, their entourage, and the care network. For the creation of this position, we are looking for a Team Leader (RE) 80% MISSION You ensure the management of a team of about thirty people. You contribute to the recruitment and development of collaborators, as well as to the proper functioning of the service. You supervise the flow and planning of staff interventions with our clients. You work closely with the center manager.
