Recognized and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialized in the provision of administrative and executive personnel, temporary and permanent, in many economic sectors, such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions.
We wish to recruit a Property Manager 100% for a Geneva real estate agency.
Mission :
Full management of a portfolio of commercial buildings
Monthly reporting to owners
Negotiations with tenants and establishment of commercial leases (rent adjustments…)
Supervision of current rent policy and advice to the owner for establishing market rents
Representation of the owner before the authorities (conciliations, evictions etc.)
Ensuring building maintenance in accordance with the management contract
Move-in and move-out inspections
Control and verification of creditor invoices, management statements and ancillary costs
Profile
CFC in commerce or diploma deemed equivalent
Federal diploma of property manager (obtained or in progress) or continuing education in the real estate field
Min 5 years of experience in commercial management
Good knowledge of law (Lease law, CO, CC, LP)
Mastery of the French language orally and in writing with good writing skills, English is an asset
Strong customer orientation and management of relations in a partnership mode
