As part of the development of our psychiatry and addictology department, we are looking for a motivated and benevolent Psychiatric and Addictology Nurse to join our team. Your mission Ensure the monitoring and support of patients suffering from psychiatric disorders and/or addictions at home. Assess needs, develop and implement individualized care projects. Promote staying at home and the autonomy of beneficiaries. Work in close collaboration with doctors, families and the various partners of the healthcare and medico-social network. Participate in prevention, therapeutic education and health promotion. Guarantee comprehensive, human and secure care for patients. Your profile HES nursing diploma or a title deemed equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. CAS in psychiatry, a real asset Confirmed training or experience in psychiatry and/or addictology. Experience in home care, an asset. Excellent interpersonal, listening and adaptation skills. Sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit. Driver's license indispensable.
