Student mission 50% \- Archiving and digitization assistance About the role Our client, an important public structure in Genève, is looking for administrative support to manage the digitization and archiving of documents. You will join a young dynamic team and support them in the management as well as the digitization of official documents. You will be responsible for scanning, archiving and organizing various documents intended for the public. Tasks Handle the digitization of official documents Perform the scanning of administrative files Ensure the physical and digital archiving of documents Control the quality of scanned documents Execute various administrative support tasks We are looking for You are currently studying and available to the extent of 50% You possess an initial experience in an administrative environment You possess good knowledge of common IT tools You are available quickly for a position for a minimum duration of 4 months But above all, you are a professional, organized and meticulous person in your work.
