Tasks • Overall responsibility for digitalization and IT projects from initialization through conception and implementation to successful completion, particularly in the area of specialist applications and administrative processes • Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholders as well as ensuring cooperation between specialist departments, IT, management, and external partners • Digitalization and optimization of business processes in cooperation with the specialist departments as well as advising on suitable digital solutions and their optimal use • Development and introduction of digital services and government services, particularly in cooperation with the Fachstelle Digitale Verwaltung and for the service portal my.gl.ch • Creation and maintenance of the required project documentation including project mandates, project plans, decision bases, and other relevant documents Requirements • Completed higher education in the field of informatics, business administration, or a comparable specialist field or an equivalent qualification due to many years of professional experience • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the independent management of demanding and cross-functional projects • Experience in the leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as in dealing with different stakeholder groups • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to grasp complex issues quickly and prepare them in an understandable manner • High degree of personal responsibility, decision-making and assertiveness as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working • Confident and convincing appearance at different hierarchical levels • Very good German skills in speaking and writing (French skills desirable) Your contact Further information can be obtained from Mauro D-Ambros, Leiter Fachstelle Projekte & Applikationsmanagement, Tel. 055 646 65 55.
