Coffista: Barista of the Coffice

As a Coffista, you are at the heart of our success and our service. You create an open and welcoming atmosphere, prepare quality beverages, and ensure that every visitor receives a warm and professional experience. You are the soul of the coffice: a 25-seat coffee space integrated into a modern coworking space. Main missions: Light catering service • Warm welcome of Coffice and coworking space customers • Advice on products and complaint management • Taking orders and table service • Preparation and service of coffees, hot drinks and cold drinks • Packaging and service of light catering • Clearing and cleaning of tables, the room and utensils / machines • Cashier duties and management of payments, end-of-day closing Stock management and administration: • Monitoring stock levels, inventory • Ordering from suppliers • Receiving telephone calls • Management of coworking room reservations and setting up supplies • Occasional administrative support • Application of food hygiene and safety rules Profile sought: • Experience as a barista, reception or customer service (desired but not mandatory) • Positive attitude, natural smile, sense of welcome and service • Integrity, reliability, ability to work independently • Team spirit, willingness to learn and to invest in a lively place • Schedule flexibility, notably during the day, in the evening or certain weekends • Food hygiene certificate an asset • Swiss nationality or valid work permit • Proficiency in French, good basics in English • Driver's license an asset Why join us? • Friendly and stimulating work environment, at the heart of the Neuchâtel economic fabric • Active contribution to an innovative and local project in Neuchâtel • Small, caring and dynamic team • Brand new hybrid place in the heart of Neuchâtel combining café, catering and coworking • Possibility of evolution at Coworking Neuchâtel
