We are looking for a Team Leader 80% ATTACHMENT/LOCATION Le Mont-sur-Lausanne MISSION You ensure the management of a team of about forty people, composed of cleaning assistants, polyvalent health assistants, ASSC and nurses. You contribute to the recruitment and development of collaborators, as well as to the proper functioning of the service. You supervise the planning of staff interventions with our clients, who have a disability or a state of physical or psychological dependence. You work closely with your counterpart team leader, as well as with the center manager.
