Your mission

• Transform offers accepted by customers into orders and process them according to their specificities (classic order, refinancing, buyout of lease, etc-);
• Manage the different stages of planning machine deliveries to customers (organization of appointments, take-backs or moves) up to the transmission of files to accounting;
• Be the guarantor of perfect internal cross-functional coordination of the different interlocutors involved in a business;
• Respond to price requests from the sales department in consultation with carriers;
• Control and process invoices from transport suppliers.

Your profile

• Training in logistics;
• Proven experience in a logistics department, ideally within the context of SMEs;
• Strong ability for organization, planning and monitoring of files, with full autonomy;
• Proactive with a real willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes;
• Motivated, dynamic, flexible personality endowed with an excellent team spirit;
• Perfect mastery of the French language (oral and written) and correspondence;
• B1 level in English;
• Ease in using standard IT tools (Office) and an ERP.
