Registered Nurse at 50 %

Le Home Montagu, a medico-social establishment located in La Neuveville, is looking for a registered nurse at 50 % ## to join its care team. • We welcome and support elderly people presenting with complex care needs, particularly in the field of geriatrics and psychogeriatrics. • Our approach is based on clinical quality, relational stability, interdisciplinary collaboration, and respect for the rhythm of each resident. Your mission • As part of your function, you ensure nursing care, clinical follow-up, and the coordination of care situations for the residents. • You participate in the assessment of needs, the adaptation of support, and risk prevention, in connection with the care team, doctors, relatives, and external partners. • Your role is particularly important in supporting psychogeriatric situations, which require observation, discernment, adjusted communication, and the ability to support teams in daily practices. Your profile • You hold a nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland, or have a CRS recognition. • You have a CAS in psychogeriatrics, or an equivalent training in the field of geriatrics, psychiatry of advanced age, or the support of cognitive disorders. • You possess experience in EMS, in psychogeriatrics, or with elderly people presenting with neurocognitive disorders. • You demonstrate clinical rigor, a sense of responsibility, relational stability, and a real interest in supporting the elderly person.
