In this responsible function, you will combine your experience in CNC manufacturing with technical leadership and actively contribute to an efficient and smooth production process. CNC Polymechanic / Miller (m/f/d) ### Your Tasks ### • Programming and setting up 3-axis CNC milling machines with Mastercam • Independent manufacturing of demanding components • Monitoring and optimizing ongoing manufacturing processes • Ensuring the required quality standards • Reading and implementing technical drawings • Performing machine maintenance as well as care of operating resources • Technical leadership and support of a small milling team • Coordination of daily workflows and resources • Ensuring a smooth flow of information between the team and supervisors • Compliance with safety and production regulations Your Profile ### • Completed technical training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in CNC milling, ideally in tool or mold making • Sound experience in programming and setting up CNC machines with Mastercam • Confident handling of technical drawings • High technical understanding and strong quality awareness • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Team player, reliable and down-to-earth personality • Enjoyment of the technical leadership and coordination of a team • Readiness for shift work if required We offer ### • Responsible position with technical leadership responsibility • Varied and demanding activity in a modern production environment • Modern CNC technologies and professional work equipment • Long-term perspective in a successful and internationally oriented company • Paid further training and attractive opportunities for professional and personal development Have we aroused your interest?
