Specialist (a) Infection Prevention and Hospital Hygiene 60-80% limited for 1 year # Specialist (a) Infection Prevention and Hospital Hygiene 60-80% limited for 1 year YOUR TASKS • Technical advice and training of employees in all clinic areas regarding issues of infection prevention and hospital hygiene • Planning and implementation of hygiene audits as well as derivation of improvement and optimization measures • Development, implementation, and evaluation of hygiene concepts and prevention strategies • Data collection, analysis, and evaluation within the framework of national and local surveillance programs • Close interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, especially with partner doctors, infectious disease specialists, and other specialists YOUR PROFILE Technical Qualifications • Training in healthcare (e.g., nursing HF/FH or diploma level) with completed further training in the field of infection prevention/hospital hygiene • Ideally professional experience in a high-risk area such as operating department, intensive care unit, or a comparable clinical environment Personal Competencies • Structured, independent, and responsible way of working • Strong communication skills as well as the ability to convey technical topics understandably • Persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation A motivated, committed, and multi-professional team in a progressive working environment awaits you.
