• 07 August 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Gontenbad La Fondation Centre pour personnes âgées Gontenbad is an institution in the field of long-term care and offers a home to more than 60 people. The foundation is divided into three establishments: the retirement and nursing home with 53 rooms, the residential group with 9 rooms for people suffering from dementia, as well as a residence for seniors with 12 apartments for elderly people. Both the residents of the senior residence and the clients of the Bad Gonten guesthouse can, if needed, benefit from outpatient care and support services by our Spitex. We are looking for November 2026 or by agreement, for the care and support team: Your main tasks • Develop, implement annual and process objectives for care and support and initiate measures in case of deviations • Develop the field professionally, organizationally, methodologically and in terms of personnel • Develop, verify and guarantee service and quality concepts • Assume professional responsibility in long-term care and support as well as in outpatient care and support (Spitex services) • Be the contact person for residents, relatives and the liaison point with partner organizations • Actively participate in daily care operations, outpatient care as well as relevant professional and quality committees Your profile • You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH, AKP or DN II or a tertiary level B diploma • You have several years of professional and management experience in a comparable function in long-term care • You possess solid BESA knowledge and are comfortable with digital work tools. In-depth interRAI LTCF knowledge is an advantage • You hold a practice permit from the canton of Appenzell Rhodes-Intérieures or are willing to obtain it • You are distinguished by high professional and social competence as well as excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills • You like to actively develop, with an interdisciplinary team, structures, processes and the quality of care
