Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are dedicated every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Together with the shift leaders and the team, you ensure a smooth, efficient, and quality-compliant operational process and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and regulatory specifications. • You take on the professional and personnel leadership of the employees subordinate to you and ensure demand-oriented deployment and shift planning. • You plan and control the personnel resources taking into account workload, capacities, and budgetary specifications. • You promote, assess, and develop the employees and ensure that the required professional and practical competencies are present in the team and can be expanded • You ensure customer- and process-oriented service delivery as well as cooperation with internal and external interfaces • You drive the further development of processes and workflows within your area of responsibility through analyses and optimizations • You are responsible for the planning, management, implementation, and documentation of projects as well as participation in cross-departmental and strategic further developments of the AEMP Your profile • Completed training as Medizinproduktetechnologe/-in EFZ or equivalent qualification • Further training Fachkunde II (mandatory) • Several years of professional experience in the AEMP as well as experience in a leading or coordinating function • Confident handling of IT and documentation systems (e.g., batch documentation systems) • Strong leadership and organizational competence as well as experience in personnel deployment and shift planning • Analytical thinking skills as well as competence in the evaluation and optimization of processes • High social competence, decision-making ability as well as strong communication and conflict management skills We look forward to your application Marie-Louise Fader Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
