RUFALEX is a leading company in the manufacture of roller shutter systems. We produce all our products in Kirchberg bei Bern. In total, we are a team of 38 people. For over 10 years, we have lived the principles of Lean and Kaizen in the company. This is expressed, among other things, in the direct feedback culture across all organizational levels.
