Your mission and responsibilities

• Organize the reception and support of children while ensuring a quality service in compliance with current standards.
• Contribute to and ensure the implementation of the childcare structure's pedagogical and institutional project.
• Develop and implement educational actions in connection with the pedagogical project.
• Support and supervise the activity of trainees, apprentices, ASE, and assistants.
• Create a group dynamic favorable to the awakening, development, and socialization of children.
• Ensure the formalization and transmission of information to families.
• Collaborate in the preparation and animation of information and exchange meetings with the representatives of the children.

Your profile

• Hold a recognized early childhood educator diploma.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, enthusiasm, openness, and benevolence.
• Demonstrate a great capacity for listening, good stress management, and ease in communication.
