High-quality treatment, care, and support therefore require specific knowledge in geriatrics as well as individually adapted support in the health, social, or psychological fields. That is why our multi-professional team works in close collaboration. It consists of doctors, specialized nurses, a social worker, activation specialists, therapists, as well as members of the clergy. Direct applications are preferred; external placement agencies are not treated with priority. Here is where you commit yourself • Organization of care and support for residents requiring medium to heavy care and suffering from dementia within the framework of long-term care (24 places) • Planning, steering, and monitoring of the entire care process (Kisim, RAI-NH) • Management and advice of the staff of approximately 30 employees, both professionally and personally • Identification of action and development needs as well as launching and implementing corresponding measures at the service level, taking into account the service mandate • Participation in care according to needs (approx. 50%) You • have completed professional training as a registered nurse HF/FH • bring additional training in management or several years of experience in a similar function • possess specialized knowledge and skills in the fields of geriatrics, palliative care, and in particular dementia • specialized training in dementia is an asset Your new workplace Our prime location (Limmattalbahn, 4 S-Bahn trains, 1 bus line in the immediate vicinity) is complemented by the LIMMI mobility concept: • reduced-rate parking spaces for staff • motorcycle parking spaces, lockable bicycle parking • We offer an attractive public transport subscription for staff with the ZVV-Bonus Pass / Z-Bonus Pass s'LIMMI: your partner for life As the largest care center west of Zurich, we offer a stationary home for 126 people requiring care and support. The Spital Limmattal care center is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Zurich, only three S-Bahn stations from the main station.
