Carry out exterior painting work and finishes. Prepare surfaces: sanding, filling, coating, and preparation before painting. Master different types of paints: interior, exterior, and metal surfaces. Carry out finishing work: joints, sealants, touch-ups, and small repairs. Perform painting work and treatment of metal elements. Protect and clean work areas after each intervention. Respect hygiene and safety standards related to the medical environment. Work in an autonomous and organized manner. Required profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
