Receptionist

Your tasks You are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a relaxed and professional check-in and check-out with your warm manner. You advise and assist our guests with questions, wishes, and concerns – from restaurant tips to excursion ideas in the region. You take telephone calls and competently handle inquiries from our guests. You process reservations, create offers, and send confirmations as instructed. You work closely with all departments in the house and thus ensure a smooth process and an all-around successful guest experience. Your profile You have completed training in the hotel industry or bring sound experience in guest reception – motivated career changers are also very welcome! A warm, authentic personality that inspires guests and colleagues alike. Host qualities: You listen, recognize needs, and ensure that everyone feels completely comfortable. Language proficiency: Very good German and English skills, other languages are a plus.
