About the department In our department E, we accompany 48 residents with diverse nursing needs and a wide variety of geriatric clinical pictures. The focus is always on the person with their individual needs, wishes, and life story. With empathy, professional competence, and respect, we create an environment in which our residents feel safe, understood, and well cared for. Need-oriented daily design, structured daily routines, as well as activating and resource-oriented care are a matter of course for us. Your tasks Implementation of medical measures in treatment nursing upon medical order to ensure high-quality medical care. Individual, holistic nursing and care of the residents, adapted to their needs and life situation. Assumption of daily and house responsibility to ensure smooth daily operations. Your profile You have completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or Healthcare Assistant EFZ and bring sound specialist knowledge. You are characterized by commitment, responsibility, and a positive aura that you bring to your work.
