Scheduling Logistician 80% Genève

For one of our clients based in Genève, we are looking for a Scheduling Logistician (M/F) to strengthen its logistics department.

Within a production environment, the job holder ensures the management of logistical flows and plays a central role in the scheduling of production activities. Acting as a true interface between the various actors in the manufacturing chain, he/she ensures the availability of components, the monitoring of production orders, and the proper coordination of subcontracting operations.

Your missions ##

• Ensure the monitoring and management of production flows as well as their priorities.
• Prepare, launch, and monitor production orders (OF).
• Guarantee the availability of components necessary for the smooth running of production.
• Organize and prioritize flows according to manufacturing needs.
• Prepare and monitor subcontracting orders.
• Receive goods and ensure stock movements.
• Prepare and make available the components intended for production.
• Guarantee the reliability of data and movements recorded in the ERP.
• Collaborate with the various internal services as well as with external partners.
• Participate in packaging and handling activities, with carrying loads of up to 25 kg.

Your profile ##

• Confirmed experience in logistics in a production environment.
• ### Imperative experience in scheduling and management of Production Orders. ###
• Good understanding of production flows and their constraints.
• Mastery of computer tools and experience with an ERP.
• Knowledge of Business Central is an asset.
• Rigorous, organized person with an excellent sense of priorities.
• Autonomy, reactivity, and ability to anticipate production needs.
• Ability to perform handling tasks and to regularly carry loads.
