Head of Test Flight Operations Emmen | 80-100% This is your contribution Technical and organizational leadership of the Test Flight Operations team for flight tests with civilian and military, mostly non-certified, aircraft systems (fighter jets, helicopters, turboprop and drones) Lead the Test Flight Operations team, including ensuring technical qualification and licensing personnel and technical expertise, as well as acting as the contact person for coordination with the Air Force Work in the Test Flight Operations (e.g., during preparation and operation, as a loadmaster, during heavy lift flights, in the creation of instructions, processes and content for manuals, etc.) Ensure the readiness for use of relevant equipment and vehicles of the test aircraft, installations, plants and systems as well as the aircraft hangars in the Zentrum Luftfahrtsysteme Emmen Implement requirements (EASA Part 145 / Part 66) for our civilian aircraft as well as the requirements of the Air Force for the military aircraft systems Prepare and accompany audits by military and civil authorities as well as with industry. Leadership experience and further training in aviation are an advantage EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (Category B1) is an advantage Precise, responsible, flexible and team-oriented way of working.
