Today, our sovereignty platform offers integrated solutions protecting revenue mobilization, natural resources, health, brand protection, as well as digital sovereignty and secure public services. • Support customers to strengthen their competitive advantage and leadership by providing high-quality services with innovative products and solutions contributing to the protection of global currency and security documents • Assist customers with expertise and solutions during the implementation and use of our products • Contribute to the sharing of technical knowledge with customers • Ensure support in problem resolution and product optimization • Maintain customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the performance of products and solutions • Participate in the development of new products and solutions as part of various R&I projects • In collaboration with various departments (R&I, regional sales managers, marketing, and manufacturing operations), participate in the promotion of our new products, solutions, and concepts • Manage administrative tasks related to service and activities. • Engineering degree in chemistry or equivalent in the printing industry (3-5 years of experience in the chemical or printing industry is an advantage) • High flexibility and willingness to travel around the world (up to 50%) • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects as well as to work autonomously in a dynamic team environment • Ability to establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders, strong ethics, and customer orientation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in English and French. (German and Spanish will be an advantage)
