For our Renens site, we are looking for: Versatile socio-professional instructor in instruction (MI) and reintegration (MR) at 90-100% Mission: Socio-professional support • Supervise and accompany beneficiaries in adapted practical and pedagogical activities, while providing them with individualized social support. • Observe, evaluate and document the skills, behaviors and potential of each participant. • Promote autonomy, responsibility and socialization through the proposed professional and social activities. • Evaluate and support the progressive reintegration of beneficiaries into a work environment. • Organize and manage the workshop, ensuring planning, availability of material and the smooth running of activities. • Implement and guarantee a secure environment adapted to the needs of the beneficiaries. • Design, develop and diversify pedagogical and technical activities in coherence with the section budget. • Contribute to the maintenance and adaptation of the support spaces. • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and the beneficiaries' network. • Evaluation and monitoring • Evaluate rehabilitation aptitudes taking into account functional limitations. • Identify residual capacities as well as the potential for progression. • Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of individualized projects. • Organize and participate in intermediate and final assessments with internal and external networks and clients. • Write reports intended for clients. Profile and skills: • CFC (primary, secondary or tertiary field) • MSP-ES diploma or equivalent socio-pedagogical training (required). • Strong interest in supervising adolescents and young adults presenting a health impairment. • Positive, dynamic personality, demonstrating initiative. • Creative skills, experience in a craft field is an asset • Excellent ability to work interdisciplinarily. • Mastery of IT tools and writing ease. • Driver's license.
