Fribourg | Nouveau concept Matcha Bar On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Responsable / Chef(fe) de Bar at 100% to accompany the opening and ensure the daily management of a new Matcha Bar concept in the city of Fribourg. Your mission As Responsable / Chef(fe) de Bar, you are the reference person on site and actively contribute to the smooth running and development of the Matcha Bar.Your main responsibilities:Ensure the daily management of the Matcha BarWelcome, advise and build loyalty with customersPrepare and serve matcha-based drinks as well as other products offeredEnsure the quality, presentation and consistency of productsManage the cash register and paymentsOrganize stocks and carry out necessary ordersGuarantee compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standardsCoordinate, accompany and support other team membersEnsure the smooth running of daily operationsGuarantee a warm, professional and high-quality customer experienceActively participate in the opening and closing operations of the bar ?
