Our production sites are located along the A1 in the municipalities of Boningen, Gunzgen, Härkingen, Neuendorf and Oftringen. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and responsible Mischmeister Beton 100% m/w (Anlageführer/Betonmaschinist) In this position, you are responsible for the production of concrete while complying with the relevant quality regulations. You work closely with our customers, our dispatch employees and our drivers. Furthermore, you carry out maintenance and cleaning work on the plants and help with the annual factory revisions during the winter months. With your clear, customer-friendly communication, you ensure a smooth workflow and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You enjoy working independently and are team-oriented and resilient. You are used to working accurately and know how to tactfully interact with our customers. Professional experience in the construction industry and experience with building materials are the ideal prerequisites for this position.
